Your everyday training and nutrition tools.
- Plan and trainFind programmes, build and manage your own plan, log workouts, and use warm ups, stretches and exercise instructions.
- Track progressReview completed workouts, personal records and progress charts. Create up to 5 active goals and record check-ins.
- Manage nutritionLog meals in your diary, search foods and barcodes, use private and community recipes, and review nutrition trends and meal balance over 7, 14 or 30 days.
- Connect with a coachFind a coach and use My Coaching for your coaching interactions, messages and decisions. Eligible members can endorse coaches they have worked with.
- Create and shareUse Social Studio's Standard designs, photo adjustments, editable captions and stats, and export formats. Standard exports include the daPumpClub logo.
- Make it yoursManage measurements, equipment, units, notification preferences and supported connections in Profile.
Premium
Everything in Standard, plus:
- Your personal Weekly ReviewSee training, nutrition and goal check-ins for the last seven complete days, compared with the previous week, with three suggested next steps based on your recorded activity.
- More goals, brought togetherCreate up to 20 active goals, use composition goals to combine several targets, and access AI goal coaching and insights.
- AI programme builderGenerate a programme around your training needs and available equipment, including a Full gym option. Review and edit the plan before using it.
- Nutrition AI coachingGet additional nutrition guidance where enabled and eligible, with the required opt-in.
- Premium Social StudioAccess a rotating selection of Premium templates for your progress photos. Choose a results panel or a Full-body layout, with the person on the left or right. Premium can also remove the brand logo.
- Listen to updatesUse spoken updates on supported screens, where available.

Sign in to view your membership or request a Premium upgrade.
Premium access is currently granted by administrator approval. The Upgrade button sends a request; it does not charge you or start a paid subscription.
About access
- Preview before upgrading. Explore the sample Weekly Review and preview Premium templates with your own photo. Access to the rotating Premium template selection is included with Premium membership. Exporting Premium designs or removing the brand logo requires an online membership check.
- Feature eligibility still applies. AI features depend on availability, usage limits and consent. Nutrition AI coaching currently requires an adult account, a UK home country and opt-in, and may be limited to early access.
- Coaching is separate. Premium does not include a coach's services or automatically grant Coach access. Coach applications require verification and approval.
- No payment is taken. Upgrades currently require administrator approval. Online payments and paid subscriptions are not yet available.
